Our spacious studio of approximately 43 m² is located on the edge of the beautiful town of Oudewater and in the middle of the peat meadow area of the green heart. The studio is a lovely space to relax for a weekend and enjoy nature but also a nice place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities. The studio includes 2 bicycles with which you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes and stand in about 5 minutes in the picturesque center of Oudewater with delicious restaurants.

At the back is a spacious terrace with garden located on the city canal. On the jetty you can enjoy the water and of course our guests can fish here. Oudewater is located in Het Groene Hart with nearby nice historic cities such as Schoonhoven and Gouda. Cycling from Oudewater in the countryside is a unique experience

Reeuwijkse Plassen for Plaszicht and Swim.

The Reeuwijkse Plassen and its surroundings is a beautiful nature reserve. The view is breathtaking. The lakes are clean, so that you can swim wonderfully in open water. The cottage is new and equipped with every comfort, you can bring the laundry to the hostess if necessary (not free of charge) Parking is available near the studio free of charge. Pets are allowed to come, but may not walk loose at the nursery. It cost 10 euros per animal an additional cleaning fee.

Cozy house at the Reeuwijkse Plassen / Gouda

My house is cozy and cozy. A big sofa with lots of pillows, an American fridge and an open kitchen. A nice dining room table with comfortable chairs and a super nice bathroom with a bathtub and romantic lighting. The bed is king size 2.10 m with a lovely mattress. Lots of candles , lights and details with natural colors and materials. You will definitely feel at home there! At the back is a very large parking lot where you can park the car for free.

Luxury home directly on the waterfront

Great house in a unique location on the Reeuwijk lakes. A place to unwind, boating, swimming and fishing. But also close to interesting cities, such as Amsterdam(45 min. drive), The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht(25 minutes) The house is nicely furnished and can accommodate 6 people. From the spacious master bedroom, you can look at the water in no time. The other 3 bedrooms also have a beautiful view. The modern bathroom has a bathtub and a shower.

A nice quiet place on the water, nature in abundance with a nice hiking and cycling area next door, the cozy Gouda within cycling distance and several larger cities at 30 to 45 minutes by car or train.
