Sunny Apartment w/sundeck in Munich

I offer a 3,5 room apartment in a quiet, small Apartmenthouse (approx. 75 to sqm ) for the day or week-wise overnight stay. The suite is completely new (including the bathroom) and with new laminate or tile floor, newly furnished and the kitchen has dishwasher, Microwave, coffeemaker, water cooker, toaster, cool-freezing combi. A washingmachine is also in the Apartment (renewed in 2019). Electrical shades on some of the windows ( the others are manual) . All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. TV, DVD and Stereo in the living room, TV in Bedroom 1. W-Lan is provided and free. The Apartment is located on the 2. floor to the S/W to the quiet, big garden with a huge sundeck. The bed in bedroom 1 has 180 cm x 200 cm (kingsize), the bed in bedroom 2 has 140 cm x 200 cm (Queensize) and the sleeping couch (living room) 150 cm x 200 cm. 6 persons fits comfortably in this Apartment, additional beds for another 1-2 persons are possible. There are a few international (Italian, Chines, Indian, etc.) and traditional bavarian restaurants (with beergarden) close by. There is a public indoor and outdoor swimmingpool with Sauna just across the street (walking less than 5 minutes). A few Supermarkets are in walkingdistance and a shoppingmall is only 10 minutes by subway away. U 5 to "the new fair" (Messe) can be reached like the tramway line N19 within approx. 5 -6 minutes by foot. Running-time to the citycenter (Odeonsplatz) approx. 10 minutes, Theresienhöhe approx. 12 minutes, new fair approx. 10 minutes Non-smokers preferred! Parking lots are available in front of the house. Communication in English, French, Italian, Spanish.

Ideally located to discover the historical center of Munich and the Nymphenburg Castle, this confortable roof terrasse appartment will allow you to discover the German "Gemütlichkeit" (cosiness) with a French touch (as we are a French/German Family). You will access this apartment through a lift and enjoy the view over the charming old historical buildings on one side of the appartement and over the modern Munich skyline on the terrasse side. You can also use our open fireplace and piano.

Convenient Stylish Oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. Very spacious, open design bungalow. Cozy living room connected with dining area and cozy tiled stove. It is possible to eat on the beautiful terrace, which is protected from the weather. The furnishings were met with e.g. electric bed, large corner tub, fitness equipment, foosball, hammock and planchagrill. Washing machine and dryer. 3 minutes walk to the nature reserve. In summer, ideal for swimming! To the S-Bahn [suburban train] 10 minutes on foot, 20 minutes to Munich

Unique old building loft apartment

Enjoy a stay in a loft apartment of a renovated old building in the heart of Haidhausen, Munich's most beautiful district. The apartment is surrounded by courtyards on the second floor with elevator in an absolutely quiet location and offers luxurious amenities. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. The over a hundred year old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is at the end of a private road. The lake with good bathing facilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes of walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away.
