Mini house in mini golf on the hill.

Mini cottage surrounded by the green of the mini Valbruna golf course. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka,toaster ,microwave ,kettle and coffee ,snacks , toast bread,jams. In the bathroom, shower ,sink and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini golf cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left there is the indication of the mini golf.

Il costo comprende le pulizie. La zona è elegante e silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro, vicino all'ospedale e all'università. Sul campanello suonare PERSIC. L'appartamento si trova al secondo e ultimo piano. È stato da poco completamente ristrutturato, bagno e cucina sono nuovi. L' arredo è moderno. C'è un lettino smontabile per bambini. Al piano interrato c'è un piccolo garage, ma non è difficile trovare parcheggio subito fuori casa. C'è un bel giardino comune e una terrazza.

Elegante e curata mansarda, arredata in maniera funzionale per viaggiatori da tutto il mondo. Situata a pochi minuti di auto dal centro storico, dal Teatro nuovo Giovanni da Udine e dalla stazione dei treni, raggiungibili facilmente anche in autobus (Linea 4), che avrete a poca distanza. Inoltre avrete facile parcheggio libero sulla via e nelle vicinanze è presente un fornitissimo supermercato LIDL. Una posizione strategica sia che siate a Udine per affari che per svago.
