New Remodel! Peaceful Studio in Boulder's exclusive Spanish Hills. Estate has gorgeous views, only 5 mins to Louisville's restaurants & shops, 15 mins to central Boulder 28th & Pearl. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave etc. Bath has walk in shower. We're quiet people & seek quiet guests as this is our home where we live and work full time. Rent is discounted 50% as the Airbnb is finished but the landscaping is mid-process. NO smoking anywhere on property, no pets, no children under 18

Luxury Studio Borders Park - Walk to Shopping

While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Every amenity you can imagine, incredibly tastefully decorated with original art, newly remodeled custom tile bathroom with walk in shower. This entire space was just redone in an upscale style. It truly doesn't get any better than this. Pricing is set for 1 person to keep it as low as possible. 2 guests possible.

Unwind by the fountain on the patio, also great for dining. Enter the suite through a private rear door to discover modern amenities, including a heated bathroom floor. This contemporarily designed and furnished suite (4 rooms) is filled with daylight and has its own dedicated internet service. Enjoy our beautifully renovated historic home in Old Town Lafayette, known as the Peace Sign House. Stay in the main suite, which is completely separate from the rest of the house by a locked door. It has its own private entrance, bathroom & AC, as well as a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is a queen bed & a cot available, as well as ample street parking. All are welcome.

Large studio with one queen bed + basic kitchenette items. Separate entrance + private deck in quiet neighborhood. Restaurants + coffee shops nearby in an area of Boulder known as Gunbarrel. Central Boulder 15 min. Longmont 15 min. Microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric skillet, blender, panini press, bar fridge (no freezer) and sink (in bathroom). Wall mount mini-split air conditioning/heat. No fragrance cleaning. No TV.

Come get cozy in my historic miner's house from the 1890s located in the picturesque mountain community of Salina. Our cabin is a gorgeous 15 minute drive from the heart of Boulder. Enjoy mountain biking and hiking right from the front door. It is a wonderful stay for one or two couples or a family of 3 or four looking for some peace and quiet but still close to all that Boulder has to offer.

Mountain retreat half mile from Boulder

Current Covid-19 precautions: Airbnb's current covid regulations, all surfaces wiped down with bleach solution, all linens changed out between guests, etc. This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows. Queen bed. Two sitting areas with great views. Wood and tile floors throughout. Very quiet!
