It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hainer 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out from the remaining new "holiday cubes" due to the older cabin charm. Instead of standard veneer furniture from the bar, there is an individual decor, beautiful views of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants to harvest. It has everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A small, rustic straw bale house is set in a tranquil green environment. Surrounding trees provide shade, while vibrant foliage adds warmth. A stone boundary surrounds the property, and outdoor storage units and bicycles are visible to one side.

Since 2025, the city of Markkleeberg has been charging an accommodation tax of 5%, which is shown here as a "fee for other services".

I rent a large accessible 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south-facing balcony, great view of Parthenaue. Everything is there, even for a longer stay. This is a new building, the shell look is wanted. First-class transport connections by bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 m to the swimming lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

You'll love it! Great old building apartment in the heart of the city and the wonderful Waldstraßenviertel. You will live on 100 square meters in a stylish atmosphere and the perfect location for discovering the city. The center for sightseeing or shopping, the Rosenthal for sports or walks or the city harbor for activities on the water are all within walking distance. Location is great!
