The magic of Exmoor National Park will also be right on your doorstep, with it's villages untouched by time, ancient woodlands, and miles of crowd free walking.

Bus station a 5 minute walk & train station 15 minute. An 8 minute drive to the hospital also. It is suitable for two people maximum, the Queen bed splits to make twin beds upon request. There is space for a couple, friends who don’t mind sharing a room or single guests. Cosy living room , Dining area and large galley kitchen.

The studio is comfortably decked out with a relaxed seaside vibe, and is a perfect space to unwind. Ideal for couples and surfers, and available for short or long stays year round. Not suitable for pets or children.

Peaceful couples retreat with off road parking

This is the annexe to my house (attached only on 2 sides) with own entrance and off road parking. It is newly built and everything is brand new. There is a lake beyond the garden which is a nature reserve and bird sanctuary so this space is perfect for bird watchers. It is within walking distance of Crooklets Beach, Bude sea pool, and the coast path for walkers. Town and supermarkets are a 15 minute walk or short drive. 'Ewe Two' is a contemporary built Shepherds Hut with a well equipped kitchen to rustle up a tasty snack or opt to eat Alfresco using the firepit with BBQ grill. A comfortable memory foam double bed with Egyptian cotton bedding and fluffy pillows. Walk in Shower, Basin and W.C. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).
