Quirky little house with garden in unique setting

Perched on a cliff, the neighborhood of Merle Blanc is one of Brest's best-kept secret. A slice of Mediterranean living only a 5 minute walk from the train station through a charming pathway. With its true holiday feel, you'll feel right at home in my little house. It has a covered patio for sunny brunches, a little gardening space with aromatic herbs and even a bit of a sea view. Thanks to the private entrance into the impasse, you won't be disturbed by anyone but the curious birds passing by.

Stunning sea view in the heart of the city

My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator elevator!). It is bathed in sun or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 fully at your disposal in comfortable mode. Right in the center of Brest! Everything can be done on foot, the train station is less than 5 minutes away, the tram is 7 minutes away, a large supermarket is 10 minutes away, the theater, cinemas are 10 minutes away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so we park quite easily!

It offers a magnificent view of the harbour thanks to the windows opening onto a balcony, facing south, very bright. The fully equipped kitchen is available for you. The bedroom has a bed, a desk, an armchair and a wardrobe. The bedding is brand new. Breakfast is included.

Charming house in a place typical of the Crozon peninsula, it is 800 m from the beach of Goulien and as much from Pointe de Dinan with breathtaking views, a terrace allows you to enjoy this beautiful panorama and guarantees beautiful sleeping sunsets, the place is very quiet, the long hiking trail passes very close to the house and beaches where you can enjoy surfing, paddle boarding and all water and seaside activities are nearby.
