BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

Friendly, Family guest house Double ensuite room

The Norfolk's double rooms are all en-suite. good size rooms idea for couples. all rooms equipped with TVs, (freeview) coffee/tea making facilities. Wi-fi is available throughout the house at no extra cost. Additional to the neatly presented and well equipped bedrooms guests have access to and use of a lounge, kitchen and garden area. The kitchen area is fully equipped with both washing machine and dryer available. Guests also have use of a lovely garden area with pool table at no extra cost.

Large bright superking room with private bathroom

In the heart of Redland, 10 minutes walk from Whiteladies Rd and The Downs this residential house is hosted by Kaz and Steve. It offers a lovely large room with a superking bed (can be converted to twin beds). Self-service breakfast (cereal etc) available. There is a gorgeous garden out back and guests are welcome to enjoy the decked patio area overlooking Redland Green. There is parking available for one car on the driveway. Pixie, our small non-shedding Shorkie, will also make you welcome.

Single room in Bristol cottage

A unique place to stay in an Art and Crafts style cottage located in Bristol. There are excellent and fast links to Clifton, Whiteladies Rd and Bristol University (10 mins by train) or city centre by bus/train (takes 20 mins). Off road parking is available. Guests are welcome to use the small galley kitchen. There's a little spare living room available for guests for somewhere to relax, and there's a garden. It's a quiet and peaceful area of Bristol. Absolutely no smoking on the property.

Attic room with en suite

Beautiful loft conversion in family home with own bathroom. Stunning panoramic views of Bristol from the front and peaceful gardens and allotments at the back. We live on a quiet road 0.7 miles from Temple Meads train station and 1.4 miles from the city centre. Continental breakfast provided for short term guests. Access to our shared kitchen can be arranged occasionally if needed. There are two lovely parks on the doorstep plus shops, great pubs, eateries and bakery nearby.

A beautiful private room that has its own private ensuite shower, a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and pillows. It catches the sun and the beautiful sounds of birds chirping away. Bed & Breakfast is offered but not evening meals. With free off-street parking you'll enjoy your time at this cheerful B&b having a large-ish double bedroom and adjacent shared bathroom. You can also make use and relax in our lounge areas including conservatory and garden. In the north bristol area and located close to Bristol parkway station it is handy for rail and bus routes to bristol centre, Cribbs causeway shopping, Bath and even Cardiff.
