The Granary, self-contained B&B near Petersfield

The Granary is a little, self-contained cottage attached to the main house but with its own entrance, deck and BBQ area. Opposite our organic, sourdough bakery and set amidst beautiful gardens (croquet, hens, sunken trampoline, huge oaks) with footpaths, cycle routes and lanes into the national park, it is quiet, cosy and special. This brick and flint barn has been converted to a smart modern annex separate to our house. Set in the beautiful village of Meonstoke in the heart of the Meon Valley and the South Downs National Park. Ideal for visitors wanting a little luxury at the end of a day of outdoor pursuits. A really comfortable bed with blackout blinds and ensuite shower room. A spacious living area, with kitchen, dining area & log burning stove. Free wifi. The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Entire cottage in the heart of rural Hampshire.

Dairy Cottage was a former milking parlour. We stopped milking cows in 1992 and converted the building into a self catering holiday cottage. The cottage is situated between the Cathedral City of Winchester and the market towns of Alton and Petersfield. Nearby is the pretty town of Alresford where the River Arle flows into a lake constructed to provide fishing as well as a reservoir for the River Itchen navigation. There is a lovely short river walk here which we're happy to tell you about.

A spacious cosy cottage nestled into the foothills of Steep hangars with stunning views from the fields and woodland around the cottage. The main living area is a light and airy space on one floor with underfloor heating throughout. Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds. Fold up bed and cot also available. Local pub is a five minute walk up quiet country lane. There is a small safely enclosed back terrace and front garden.

Beautifully decorated studio annex in the village of Ovington - a lovely rural spot yet a short drive from Winchester and walkable to Alresford. Light and airy space - king size bed, sofa, TV, chest drawers and table & chairs. There is a small kitchenette (small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, crockery, glassware and cutlery).
