You have your own access to the property and full privacy in our walled garden. There is one double bedroom. The living area has a new double sofa bed to sleep up to 4 in the flat or give 2 people space! A fully equipped small kitchen/diner, a shower room. There’s comfy sofas to watch TV with all the streaming channels and WIFI. You have a private patio.

We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell. September 2021 - daytime noise redevelopment of adjacent barn.
