Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath (plus sofa- bed), large deck, pet area and fishing dock offer comfortable space for families to enjoy time. Long Island Village offers pools, a gym, security, and many amenities to go with your experience. Disclosure: there is a $90 fee that Long Island charges on top of our pricing.

Historical Alta Vista - Golfito Unit #2

Our family purchased the historical Alta Vista, which was built in 1931, in 2003 and began a complete authentic restoration while preserving some of its original features, including the beautiful oak flooring, exterior masonry and doors. We have modernized with central air conditioning, on-demand hot water, satellite TV, WI-FI internet and swimming pool. The kitchens and bathrooms feature beautiful talavera tile and saltillo tile floors which we brought with us from trips to Central Mexico.

It is rented the second floor of the house, they are 4 rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen, there is a separate entrance and an entrance on the first floor, the bedrooms are equipped with its Smart TV, double bed, desk and air conditioning, there is empty land around so there is no noise of neighbors, it is full of trees so the view is pleasant, we have a terrace where you can observe the sunset.
