Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

L 'écrin bois - Cabin with spa

Need a couple of parentheses? Head for Burgundy, 1h30 from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its most beautiful market in France but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval Guedelon construction site or the Château de Saint-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Not suitable for people with disabilities. Check-in is anytime after 4pm.

Small studio (independent house) located in charming little village. Wifi available. Breakfast possible with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave available. Bathroom area with walk-in shower, sink and chemical toilet. Sofa bed and TV. Wooden fireplace (wood provided) and oil bath radiator. Parking ok. Close to the Burgundy Canal and the Châteaux of Tanlay, Ancy le Franc and Maulnes. Restaurants in the area. Quiet area ideal for a stopover or stay/visit.

A small warm wooden architect house for two people. It is in an orchard in the middle of fruit trees . Located on a mound, it is a balcony on the Burgundy countryside, in the Tonnerrois, where Champagne ends, close to Chablis. The house is completely independent, with its private garden. I live next door, I am very available for advice, suggestions or other.
