Charlie and Roy's farm stay is a family friendly guesthouse on an old vineyard. The property is nestled beneath Wedding Cake mountain and is set on 173 acres of pasture,and forest with a creek and a large lawn area. It is just 4.2km from the village of Berry and is close to bush walking trails, wineries, and beaches. The home is perfect for one or two families who want to enjoy Berry and be in a peaceful country setting. Being a farmstay, there are friendly farm animals too. (No large parties)

My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". Comfy King Coil mattresses- All bedding, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided. Privacy block out blinds, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating NBN with free in house WI-FI. No Pets.

Our colourful quirky cottage is located North in Bulli and easily accessible to both Thirroul and Bulli villages. The house three bedrooms, operational fireplace renovated full kitchen and bathroom with a bath. Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Minutes from beaches, cafes and boutique bars.

NYE special. Best place to book for NYE. Right in the centre of Kiama. FREE ONSITE PARKING. Walk 50 metres to the fireworks 🎆. Hindmarsh Park Holiday Cottage is the best place to stay in Kiama. This Cottage is a fantastically newly renovated period home over 170 years old. The home has maintained timber floorboards and lining boards. Modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The Cottage is only 50 metres to some of Kiama's best cafe's and Restaurants. The Cottage is fully fenced and secure.

The Quarters is cottage style accommodation in a fantastic tranquil location. Wonderful views There are two garden areas, a bar be que and a covered patio area for outdoor entertaining. Foxground is close to the beach and all the local wineries.All areas of The Quarters are fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning .This let is a working farm with many animals. DO NOT BOOK FOR CHILDREN or PETS. If you book 2 people and need separate beds let me know or single bed will not be made up.

This is a little piece of heaven, a moment for some tranquillity nestled within the Kangaroo Valley Golf Retreat on the Golf Course. A short stroll to the pool. Volleyball. court walking distance in the front yard. 2 new tennis courts Walking distance to volleyball court, Giant chess set Badminton court & pool. Quality inclusions. We are 4km from town.
