2022 newly built studio (approx. 35 m2, ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th century. Central location on Quartierstrasse, a few steps to the ski bus/post bus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center Scuol with shops, restaurants and the wellness pool "Bogn Engiadina". Relax in this homey home. It is very cozy and has everything you need. A well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, oven, coffee machine ( Nesspresso capsule) dishwasher and ceramic stove. Our youngest guests are also provided with children's toys , high chair, stair gate crib. The bus stop is 3 minutes' walk from the house. By car, you can reach the central station of the Flumserbergbahnen in 2 minutes or at the beautiful Walensee
