Romantic attic apartment for couples, singles & workation in Dithmarschen/SH! The open living and bathroom concept offers a lot of opportunity for togetherness & space to work. The toilet is located in a separate room. From the living-bedroom, guests have an unobstructed view of the shower area. The furnishings have been lovingly produced by us. Feel good in other rooms for a short time!

We offer in the district town Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, part of our residential building as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 min. Walking distance to Heider Zentrum/Marktplatz and is very convenient as the starting point of walks in the moor, forest and bike rides. Bikes can be parked and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

My 120 m² apartment (YOC 2019) in a central location is the ideal place to relax after a mudflat hike or to enjoy the fresh North Sea air on one of the two spacious balconies. The modern apartment includes a large, Nordic furnished living room with integrated kitchen. The dining table offers space for the whole family. Two good beds and a comfortable sofa bed offer sleeping space for four/five people. Baby cot and high chair are available for the offspring.

A little away from the tourist strongholds of St. Peter Ording and Büsum, the Kleine Heimat is located in the heart of the march in the municipality of Oesterwurth. The 80m² apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and is located in the walls of an old cabbage barn on the rear part of a 1,500 m² plot. It has a separate entrance, a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen, a spacious dining and living area and two bedrooms (1 large double bed + 1 bunk bed).

I rent a beautiful two-room apartment here in the ground floor of house Rainer. The apartment has a new shower room, a cozy bedroom, a small kitchen, a balcony and a spacious living/ dining room with a comfortable sofa. The beautiful Büsum can be easily explored on foot, as the apartment is centrally located between the city center and the family lagoon. It's only 300m to the beach. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing holiday.

An exclusive and high-quality 90 sqm apartment on the upper floor of an old farmhouse in a quiet single location, directly from the old dike. The property is in the middle of the idyll, surrounded by countless fields and a breathtaking view of the vastness. The sea or the nearest swimming spot is 5-10 minutes by car. Meldorf is the closest city, about 10 minutes away by car, where, for example, shopping can be done.

"Hus Utspann" - Have a great time!

"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or "generational holidays". We like to welcome couples, students preparing for exams or couples who prefer separate bedrooms or or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes on foot (see below). The stop of the seasonal cable car is very close by.
