house immersed in nature, the Mediterranean vegetation makes the scent of lentischio, typical shrub of Sardinia, a quiet place, about 300 meters from the sea. The area is served by buses , a few kilometers away there are restaurants, market, pharmacy, pizzerias, fruits and vegetables directly from the farmer. The climate is good, almost tropical. Relax and regenerate in our comfortable apartment, located in a strategic location, less than 2 km from the sea where you can visit the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius, and only 300 m from the main square, the bus stop is only 100 m from the house. This large single villa is set in an 8000 sqm garden that ends on the rocks and sandy beach. It is in fact in the front row with private access to the beach. The house has four bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one with two bunk beds. Thereis a small tennis court, a ping-pong table, and much more. There are 3 full bathrooms. We ask for the power separately and - if you want - the rental of linens (€20 per person and change).
