Relax on the edge of town in this comfy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Out back, there is a brand new deck with bbq and chairs to enjoy the beautiful Kentucky weather. The property is in a prime location, close to MSU and shopping, while being close to the country and wildlife. Kentucky Lake is just 15 minutes away! The house has 100mbps wifi, two queen beds, couches, tables, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and office space with a printer. The bathroom has a tub shower, toilet, sink and mirror.

Relaxing 6 Bedroom Home Near Murray and KY Lake

Bring your family to this peaceful get- away that is just a short walk to the lake! Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles or a boat. Road dead ends at the lake about 1/3 of a mile past the house with a public boat launch. Spacious decks on 3 levels for lots of food and fun .Grill and smoker on the main level. For good food or boat rentals checkout the restaurant and marina at Lynnhurst or Marina at Irvin Cobb which are both within 5 miles.

The Mizpah A is centrally located close to Murray State University for all of its attractions, games and events. It is walking distance to the Chestnut Street park. There are many restaurants and 2 coffee shops which are within a half a block. Quick and easy access with the comfort of home with a gas grill and chiminea to relax at the end of the day.
