In this Basque house, you will have access to this 115 m2 apartment, mixing tradition and modernity, wood and solid parquet floors as well as a 20 m2 suspended terrace facing the mountains and overlooking a pretty corner of greenery. The other part of the house is our living space, and myself and my little family (Imanol 14 years old, Ines 11 years old) appreciate being able to interact in a friendly manner with our guests. Villa clarea

The patio is located in a residence overlooking shaded common areas in the pine forest. In summer the shade of the pine trees is very pleasant and the winters the light is well present. The back terrace invites you to rest and relax in the shade of a large pine tree. The entrance opens to the kitchen and living room. On the ground floor there is the master bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine has been extended to create a bedroom and a landing: 2 double beds and 1 single.

9 km from downtown Bayonne, 15 km from the beaches, large typical Basque house with heated pool from May 15 to October 15 and landscaped terrace. Fully equipped and functional for total comfort and many leisure amenities: billiards, foosball, boulodrome, ping pong, darts, Swing, Arcade, Board games, books, comics, etc. Baby amenities upon request. Bottom of the garden (boulodrome side) by the roadside. Top of the garden, (house coast and pool) bordered by forest.

New manager in 2024 but you can find reviews from previous vacationers in the listing description that was "favorite travelers"! The bright patio villa "Mimosa", ideally located in the heart of the pine forest, 300 m walk from the ocean, is an invitation to disconnect and surf lifestyle, on the edge of the summer hustle and bustle!
