. The villa has 328 square meters of living space on two floors and has a beautiful rooftop lounge area with amazing views . There are three large bedrooms all with in suite bathrooms . All bedrooms have a king size bed and sofa bed . The two bedrooms on the first floor have balconies with beautiful views. There is an outdoor dining area , BBQ , garden, patio area , laundry room and 5 m x 10 m swimming pool . Privacy and quiet in a beautiful area next to Kep National Forest .
