Duplex penthouse, GREAT for FAMILIES and COUPLES. Air-conditioned environments, (02) parking spaces, wide view of the sea. The beach is excellent for bathing, a real paradise. Nearby, markets, pharmacies, shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. Also, other beaches can be visited; firecrackers, seafood, large corner, 4 islands, etc. Note: For the high season period, December, January , February, the minimum number of people for the reservation is 8 people. In low season, this number is negotiated .

Ideal for a couple! With breakfast, daily cleaning, parking*. It has a box bed, air conditioning, LED TV, minibar, electric kettle, microwave, bed and bath linens, balcony with ocean front view, gas shower, private bathroom, wifi. In the season, we have a kiosk that serves our guests right on the sand and set up the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The bed and breakfast is “standing on the sand” with private access to the beach. On the terrace, there is a common use barbecue.

Enclosed and covered parking ( 24hrs) 90 meters away, at the cost of R$40,00 per vehicle. Booking is required.
