Walk to Camps Bay Beach from a Bright, Chic Home

Start the day with a energizing coffee in the quiet courtyard before a short stroll to beautiful Camps Bay. After a day of adventure and a trip on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, unwind in serene surroundings and admire Africa-inspired artwork. The space is within my home but is private and has its own entrance and off street parking. It is a spacious bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a large luxury bathroom (including shower and bath), and a coffee station with a fridge. Outside is a small, private courtyard with table and chairs. Although there is not a view from the bedroom, it is only a 30 second walk to the beachfront. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Private entrance with parking inside secure complex. Flexible to clients needs The house is less than 100m from the Camps Bay beachfront, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. It's also close to the CBD and other popular attractions, such as the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, V&A Waterfront, and Lion's Head. MyCiti bus stops allow easy access to the rest of Cape Town, one of which is located just 100m down the road.

Very spacious with small kitchenette too (microwave, fridge, toaster & kettle) Free WIFI throughout even during power cuts - great for Netflix. Apologies, but NOT infant or toddler-friendly Secure on-site parking. Pool for guests in front of property. Xmas & New Year: 7 day booking. NB: Construction noise till Dec 2024

The exclusive property features an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and a gym, breathtaking ocean everview, chef grade kitchen, a private sauna and a beautiful garden. The property consists of a main villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite) and a separate cottage with one bedroom and one bathroom, which can only be booked together (1200m2 plot). The housekeeper cleans the house and makes the beds from Monday - Friday. For power outages we have a backup system with Tesla batteries

The Level 3 penthouse apartment is ideal for casual entertaining or for some quiet R&R. With 180-degree balcony views of the Clifton beaches and 12 Apostles.
