Places of interest: incredible views, art and culture, restaurants and food, the city center of Cartagena and Murcia. It's a restored 200 year old house where you can breathe tranquility and health. We are at the foot of the Carrascoy natural park. We have physiotherapy service. On the territory of the farm there is a pool about 5 meters (common for all the neighbors), two barbecue areas and a common patio. Throughout the territory there are different separate areas.

Nice house with in-door patio.

Large house on the ground floor with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher shop, etc.), large green area within a minute walk. Easy parking right outside the door. The Smart tv is strategically placed so that you can see it from the patio too, just turning it.

Es ist zwar ein kleines Haus mit 1 Schlafzimmer, aber im Wohnzimmer gibt es 2 Schlafsofas. Da das Wetter hier meistens schön ist, hält man sich oft im Aussenbereich auf. Gegenüber und hinter dem Haus gibt es keine Nachbarn. Links und rechts vom Haus sind die Nachbarn nicht immer anwesend. Das heisst, kleinere Parties sind in privater Atmosphäre möglich.
