Very bright. New accommodation in the Countryside with animals of 60m2 fully equipped with large terrace . Quick access to the A84, 35 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, 10 minutes from Fougères… All shops at 10 min. Pleasant, green and wooded environment. Hammock, petanque court and various games at your disposal. Cleaning must be done when you leave . Bed linen and towels will be provided. Animals are not allowed. A key box system is installed to check in after 20:00.

Entrance (gate digicode + lockbox) overlooking common supervised courtyard. 1 parking space Everything you need for a pleasant stay. Small green courtyard. The house is perfect for a couple, bedroom with bed 160 x 200. Shops within walking distance (boulang., tobacconist, press, pharm...). Close to A84, Avranches 20mn, Rennes 35mn, Fougères 15mn, Mt St Michel 30mn... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it is therefore to be done before your departure...

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
