A new home constructed in 2021 that is a 5 minute walk to the beach from 25th Street. Located in the heart of Old Beach with numerous restaurants, bars, high end supermarket and the boardwalk all within walking distance from the home. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, a bonus room with a king size bed, and a media room/office with a queen size pullout sofa. Welcoming beach house with a hot tub, outdoor fire pit, fully fenced in yard, and just 2 Blocks to the Beach! Centrally located near some of the best Restaurants, Shopping, and Beaches. Enjoy our completely remodeled home. Fresh paint, new carpet, renovated kitchen with new appliances and all new mattresses and bedding for 2020. The outdoor spaces are endless. Summer fun at Summer Salt!

Awesome off road getaway! You will need 4 Wheel Drive (not awd) vehicle to access the property as there are no roads. Newer construction on the beach in Carova right next to the wild horse preserve. You will likely see horses on a daily basis! Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 3 deck areas to enjoy the ocean views, sunsets and breezes! Easy walk to the beach, parking passes included. New party deck with hot tub, grill, table, seating and string lights.

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

Ocean Front Beach House Kearney Castle

Enjoy a home right on the beach. You can see the ocean from most rooms. Sit on the deck and see your family play on the beach, simmer in the hot tub overlooking the ocean, walk to fish head pier, minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
