My place is close to the racecourse; you will appreciate its calm, the comfort, the view; the nearest beach is 15 minutes and 45 minutes from Nantes. My place is good for couples and families with kids who want to rest or people who want to work quietly.

This one bedroom cottage is set in 1.2 hectares of park with mature trees. It is fully fenced and so ideal for people travelling with their dogs. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen diner/living room - Upstairs is a large bedroom and separate bathroom.
