A Unique Farmhouse at the Chianti Classico Estate

This booking is a chance to stay in a real Tuscan Farmhouse that is situated inside an actual vineyard. Its a private property of the owners of the estate, completely refurbished to give every possible comfort but still live in the middle of nature. The setting is absolutely breathtaking amongst the rolling tuscan hills, far away from the noise of the concrete jungle and busy streets. Here the only noise you will hear is the chirping of the birds or faraway hum of the tractor in the fields.

Studio in farmhouse with pool away from the crowds

The studio is nestled in a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse on an olive farm near Casole d'Elsa, 40 minutes from the main tourist hotspots. The stone farmhouse has been restored over the years to create 3 totally separate apartments (one of which is my home) each with independent entrance , private terraces and garden space. The farm is surrounded by unspoilt countryside with spectacular views and magnificent sunsets. It is a calm and relaxed place, an idyllic retreat away from the crowds.

L'appartamento, facente parte di un agriturismo è arredato in stile tipico , tutto interamente rinnovato , composto da camera matrimoniale, cucina , bagno e divano letto doppio nella cucina; situato nel centro della Toscana è un ottimo punto di partenza per poter visitare la regione; a 20 minuti da San Gimignano e 35 da Firenze. E' adatto ad una coppia o ad una famiglia con figli piccoli avendo come soluzione per la terza e la quarta persona un unico divano letto matrimoniale.

Vineyard location, 30 minutes to Florence

A comfortable little studio for two. Just right for an easy, low-cost escape into the Tuscan countryside. Located on a lovely vineyard, and Florence is just 30 minutes away too! Reached by a farm road through the Nipozzano vineyards. Take the panoramic walk up to the 11th century Castello, where you can taste the prestigious wines. The studio has a cooking corner for simple at-home catering. Also its own shady garden space and private terrace with vineyard views.
