Quiet, Relaxing Apartment

This property is a very spacious three bedroom traditional house that is located next to the owners' home. The property is located very close to the city centre and the beach or any of the main ports. There is a spacious yard with a deck and a few fruit trees. For ventilation we have large windows and fans. The environment is quiet and relaxing with a sea view. Although there are three bedrooms we accommodate only one group of persons at a time (it could be 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 persons at a time).

SEA CLIFF VILLA - A stunning villa with panoramic sea views which will take your breath away. Incredible sunsets & spacious verandas to relax and enjoy. This villa can accommodate 6 guests in the main house and 2 in the Cottage. Complimentary airport transfers are in place - you will be met by our taxi driver. Location...it couldn't be more perfect. On the north side of the Vigie Peninsular, it is quiet, private, 20 minutes drive away to the north, 10-15 minute walk to Vigie Beach.

Luxury Villa 2 mins to the bay

The main house is the top two floors and is very spacious. One of the closest properties to the bay. 2 min walk. Shared outside dining areas. Air conditioning in bedrooms. Property manager that can help with all needs and bookings so you don't have to go it alone. Fully equipped kitchen and we can arrange food package before arrival if you want Note the price is so low June to Dec 24 as there is building work on the plot behind us. It is a few local builders and has limited impact.
