A getaway just for you!

Puterinniemi provides you with an environment for vacation and relaxation. The farm is home to Talo Fine and Navetta. The house Hienola (approx. 120 m2, ) is renovated and accessible. The approx 20m2 part was completed in 2020. The extension includes two showers PH, an inva toilet, and a hybrid sauna (electric and infrared sauna, also operate separately). There is another toilet in the house. The navetta has been renovated into a meeting and event space and is rented separately. In the putter you can swim, boat and fish. The place is also great for work groups.

Lakefront villa in Viitasaari

On three pages, Keitele opens, the peninsula has a beautiful, spacious log villa, closer to the beach another. Villa with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, loft, kph, sauna. Beach cottage 1 room and sauna. A hot tub is available with a different agreement and weather permitting, service for an additional fee of 130€/week. Amenities: electricity, apk, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, running water from the borehole, fireplace. The place is available from the beginning of October to mid-December and again from the end of February to the end of April.

Beachfront Villa on Viitasaari

A log villa on the rocky beach of Lake Keitele. The beach opens in the direction of the evening sun. The main cottage has living areas, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sauna, a loft and a spacious terrace. In addition, there is a smaller beach sauna on the property where you can also stay. The car will take you all the way to the yard. The villa is electrified. There is a lot at the beach sauna that can be rented for a separate fee. In the summer, the cottage has a water trampoline.

Thanks to its central location, you can ski in the tranquil Patalahti in a few minutes to ski in the winter like golfing in the summer, or even the events of Himos Arena. This unique and peaceful home is easy to relax and remote work. The little house has one big room, a kitchenette, a laundry room, and a wood-burning sauna. The train is conveniently accessible and there is free parking for the car. The house is in a quiet detached area in a picturesque yard surrounded by a beautiful garden. The train station is 300 m, from where there are good train connections to e.g. Tampere (25 min.), Helsinki (approx. 2 t) and Jyväskylä (approx. 1 t).

Modern building technology (underfloor heating, air source heat pump, integrated appliances), furnishings and surface materials. The villa has two floors.
