Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Cabbage tree cottage

The cabbage tree cottage is located in Luggate just out of Wanaka the cottage is on our property where our family lives we have 2 kids a super friendly dog + 2 chickens. The cottage is in front of our main house we always respect our guests privacy yet we are here if they need anything. Luggate is a 10 min drive to lake Wanaka it is a cute community close to the Clutha river and beautiful walking tracks The historic luggate pub is just a short walk down the road offering meals and drinks .

House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. This stylish house with a fabulous new kitchen and comfy beds is set in a beautiful private yard with lovely trees and garden with large deck and plenty of outdoor living. It's the perfect place to rest and relax. The house has everything you will need and is only a 7 or 8 minute walk from Clyde's gorgeous main street with lovely cafes and restaurants, shops and the bike hire/ rail trail businesses. Easy drives to Alexandra, Wanaka & Cromwell.

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.
