Cheerful guest house by the lake beach

Here you live calmly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Entire house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also houses a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full size beds 80x200cm and an extra bed spring mattress 80x200cm, with mattress topper.

Hi, we're a family renting out a farm/ tiny house at Sofiehem. Proximity to the river, hospital and university campus. The house is 25 sqm plus a sleeping loft and terrace. The location is cozy, calm and quiet. Large terrace with patio furniture and possibility to borrow a barbecue. Green and lush garden. If you have difficulty climbing up to the sleeping loft, there is an extra bed to set up in the house. The decor is new and fresh, and the home feels bright and cozy. Close to the airport and bus stop.

Smaller cottage only 15m to the river! Great Sun location! Full equipped kitchen. Shower, toilet and washing/drying machine. 48" TV with chromecast. 160 single size bed. 140 sofa bed. Wood-fired sauna & hot tub are available, SEK 750/4h hot tub, SEK 750/4h sauna. Bed linens/towel rent SEK 150 per person. Hot tub is not guaranteed when booking takes place less than 5 days before.(cleaning, chem and chlorine) Enjoy the view, nice walking trails, close to central town, nature reserve, Ica maxi & Avion.

Lantligt belägen på Ön (en Ö i Umeälven) och med promenadavstånd både från flyget och centrala Umeå hittar du detta microhus på hjul. Huset är fullt utrustat med alla bekvämligheter och du väljer själv om du vill köpa till frukost eller ordna själv i det fina köket. Sommartid har vi öppet hantverksbutiken och trädgårdskafet Eljest på samma gård. Stor parkeringsplats finns ca 50 meter från huset. Möjlighet finns att ladda din elbil till självkostnadspris. Private studio and best bed in town!

Come and stay in our apartment with the most comfortable bed in Umeå (see reviews)! The location looks like a typical Swedish village but it is only 8 km from the city centre. The apartment comes with separate entrance and free parking space. We are nearby and available to help with any questions or requests. The apartment is one room of 30 square meters including kitchen and bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Unfortunately we do not host guests who are smokers.

Cozy apartment, very centric location.

Cozy apartment near the river and just a bridge away from the center. Ideal to enjoy the city and its surroundings, but with the calm that Teg offers. Perfect both for a few days of relax and tourism and for those traveling on business. You can leave the car at the door and get everywhere on foot, since the apartment is just 2 minutes from the center. Even when the right conditions you can spot the northern lights just 100 meters from the apartment!
