Single chalet with beautiful garden and pool in development with private security in the northwest of Madrid . The house is super bright, it was renovated less than a year ago. The kitchen is designed with a central island and integrated into the dining room, with a large table. From there you access the garden and the swimming pool. On the central floor are the bedrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious, with shower for two people, bathtub and fireplace.

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
