Brand new two-room apartment in a prestigious building with excellent finishes. The location is strategic, adjacent to the motorway junction, convenient for the airport (about 20 minutes by bus), it is 250 m from the center and 1000m from the sea where there are beach establishments. The apartment is finely furnished with kitchen and all comforts. There is a double bedroom and there is also the possibility of two more beds in the living room on a comfortable sofa. Marvelous large and cozy stone house with glazing entrance looking toward a swimming pool, surrounded by olives trees garden. 5 minutes by car to the sea. Amazing panorama views to sea and hills. Recently refurbished with a double height bay window with glazed ceiling, offers a large 68sm swimming pool, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, for up to 6 people. Best pool, great views, in a 17th c Palazzo

The top floor of this historic listed palazzo(but at road level) with 2 bedrooms and lots of space. The views are amazing and you get use of one of the best ever pools! The views are amazing down the beautiful Valnerina. At an altitude of 550m the air is usually fresher than in the valley - but still plenty warm enough in summer. In spring and autumn it is a great area for walking or cycling.
