Stone house with heater and air conditioning in Reisdere.

Reisdere is in the center. 5 minutes to Alacati and the sea. All rooms have electric radiators and two bedrooms have air conditioning. The old barn was decorated and made into a dwelling. The house is very spacious as the second floor stands on the grids and the house is very spacious as the ceiling is high. The walls are 40cm thick and cool in winter and warm in winter. Only through the dining room is through-out. Other air conditioners were removed because they disrupted the exterior of the house. There are electric radiators in every room for those who are thinking of staying in the winter.

Our villa is also the central location of Alaçatı, 4-6 minutes walk from the village bazaar,air-conditioned, no parking problems, easy to reach, close to markets (Sok,A101, Migros,Macrocenter). A spacious and spacious living room with 3 spacious terraces in the front and back.
