Apartment refurbished and tastefully. Ideally located on the seafront, on the 3rd floor of a residence without elevator. direct to the beach. South facing, very bright with terrace along the entire length. Shops in the immediate vicinity (bakery, supermarket, laundry, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). Port about 20 min. walk by beachfront. Private cellar on the ground floor for bikes and beach kit. Parking in the secure residence. Extra bed and bed linen for €30.

The apartment is Corner , with 1 balcony 17 m long . Facing the Beach and the Port . A Beach very wide and long and has the water shekel (blue flag) . All around the apartment it full of small restaurants , breweries and coffee . At 10 / 15 minutes , you have a very large Market of the Region , with very varied shops. In the evening at 15 mins. you have a very varied carnival, Podiums , Games . Or other activities . APT. 1st corner floor. THANK YOU.

Shared swimming pool open during high season from June 15 to September 15. Beach supervised by the lifeguards of the Aude firefighters in summer.

This beachfront home is close to all amenities without picking up the car if you want ( shops, food, summer carnival, night market). Located on the 2nd floor without elevator. It has a numbered parking spot reserved for you. Access to the residence reserved for tenants. The sea is accessible from the residence; feet in the water in a few meters. There are many tourist sites around if you want to discover the area.

Take care in my CASITA at the sea, at the Ayguades in Gruissan between Clape and sea. Fully renovated, it is furnished and decorated so as to prioritize well-being. Enjoy the comfort with air conditioning and many services, and, spend a pleasant quiet holiday, by the sea, as a couple, for families or with friends. Very quiet and secure beachfront residence with a common pool, the place is ideal for families with children. Exceptional location: direct access to the large sandy beach, monitored in summer, just a few meters away! From the beach, views of the Pyrenees and the Clape Mountains, nature lovers will enjoy this authentic setting. Essential shops are within walking distance, many bike paths and a bus stop.

This air-conditioned accommodation near the sea, peaceful and well-equipped, offers a relaxing terrace for the whole family. Beach, boulodrome and free parking 30 meters away😉🌞🏖️ In order not to increase the holiday budget, I do not charge for cleaning, I ask you to leave the apartment as clean as when you arrived, I am counting on you , thank you very much😊

Beautiful detached villa, comfortable, beachfront, large sandy beach 50 meters away. Well equipped to live outside. Ideal for young and old. Beautiful terraces to enjoy the outdoors in swimwear. Indoor parking + outdoor spaces Quiet and close to all shops, markets and port on foot. The beautiful life! Please note that only duvets and pillows provided.

House classified 2 stars, air-conditioned (and heated) fully renovated and equipped house, located 200 meters from the beach with private parking space. Very comfortable, the accommodation is composed of a living room with TV area, equipped kitchen as well as an upstairs bedroom, and a shaded garden. The place is perfect for a short trip or vacation.
