This newly remodeled modern, two-bedroom, two bath upscale condo is in a quiet neighborhood and just steps from Manasota Key and intercostal waters and overlooks the pool, boat dock and fishing pier. Everything you need is within walking distance, a convenience store, beach apparel shop, great entertainment, shopping, restaurants, live music, tiki bars, pizza, fine dining, state parks, and more. You can also catch a ride on the golf cart train with Stumpy. It is free, but he does accept tips.

HELENE effects: currently no pool or hot tub…..Location, Location, Location! This condo overlooks the marina and the intercoastal water way leading to the gulf of Mexico. It also provides access to a private beach via a water taxi ride. If you are looking for relaxation on the beach or by the pool, there is a heated pool and a hot tub to have a cocktail by. The area has many things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, charters, golfing, and many bars and restaurants.
