Towpath Cottage, part of a converted Victorian bakery, is situated alongside the Shropshire Union Canal. It is set in its own little courtyard and entrance is from the well-lit canal towpath, with Chester city 15 minutes walk to the left and the Cheshire countryside to the right. Self contained, upstairs comprises one generous bedroom with king size bed and en suite bath/shower room. Downstairs has a comfortable lounge with adjoining kitchen-diner. Our modern apartment is unique in its perfectly central location, allocated parking and large outside terrace. Set in a side street, a walk of seconds will literally find you in the heart of the city's main shops, cafes and restaurants, and a few minutes walk will take you to the city's Roman walls, riverside, historic sites and Chester racecourse. This is without doubt the most centrally placed apartment in Chester with parking and a extensive outside terrace.

Recently refurbished cottage at the foothills of the Sandstone Trail close to Chester & Shropshire/Welsh borders. Secure garden for children and dogs and a friendly welcome from me, Judy who lives next door. 2 miles from Cholmondeley, Peckforton, Bolesworth & Peckforton Castles, 7 from Oulton Park. Fab pubs/walking on the Sandstone Trail from the door step. Big news! It’s now possible to book Uber to and from Bulkeley, so much easier access than ever before.
