Located in the best urbanization of Almeria, with swimming pool, gym and padel court in the common areas. Spectacular views and located 300 meters from the beach. The apartment has its own parking space, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and air conditioning in all rooms. It is perfectly equipped and has a modern decoration.

This apartment is simple and perfect for a few days so close to the beach, with restaurants and bars, pharmacy and supermarkets a few minutes walk away. On the hillside of the village and on the top floor of the residential house, the apartment overlooks the sea and views of the horizon by 180 degrees. 20 meters from the beach. All services , bar, bakery, cafeteria, pharmacy ... Quiet place ideal for rest. Two bedrooms: first bedroom, one double bed. Second bedroom, double bed one single in bunk bed (Children love it). The house is located in a pedestrian street. It has a table outside the house, where you can eat sunbathing. IDEAL!!! NEWLY RENOVATED.
