Bed and breakfast in a beautiful location; on the edge of Porthleven a seaside village and five minutes for the coast in the car, or twenty minutes on foot. Tucked in a quiet rural location, surrounded by fields , in a cute hamlet. It is also possible to book private yoga sessions ( I am a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher) while staying at the Chimes , in my purpose built on site studio, please message and enquire if interested in booking this during your stay. Sea view House b&b Lands End, double en-suite

We offer peaceful stays close to Lands End and the beach at Sennen Cove , in our Fourposter room with en-suite shower . Breakfast is included. The First & Last Inn is a couple of minutes walk and serves food. We do offer one night stays so perfect if you are walking the SWCP or starting LEJOG . The Minack Theatre is a few miles away as is Lands End airport,so perfect if you are flying over to the Scillies. With lots to explore here in the Far West of Cornwall we are perfectly located.

King size bed and private bathroom. Sleeps 2 Nespresso machine. Robes supplied. 400TC cotton bed linen. Continental breakfast delivered to your room. Super fast broadband. Bathroom right next to the room. The house is not suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs as there is one flight up to the house and another to the bedroom. Not suitable for infants and children under 12 I also have a large room with sea view - Bay House Room 1 Bike and board storage in locked back yard

This light and airy space has a lot of character with exposed old oak beams and an oak wood floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a stylish double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft' with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna session and a private log fired hot tub session .
