Recently refurbished, fully self-contained, one-bedroom annexe in large grounds in a beautiful, rural location at Hollybush in the foot of the Malvern Hills. The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

Guests can also use our field which has unrivalled views of the Severn Valley & Malverns for picnicking, football, kite flying etc. BT fibre broadband (perfect for video conferencing), smart tv, dishwasher, washing machine, electric heating in each room ( no carbon monoxide detector necessary). Second tv in the twin bedroom. We do not do same day turnarounds to enable enhanced thorough cleaning.

There’s a Christmas Market, Tall Ships Festival, & intimate music festivals locally. The Horse Racing (Festival 2nd week of March) & other regular meetings, The Jazz Festival in May, the Food Festival in June, & Literary Festival in October keep Cheltenham interesting year round.
