The entire upstairs is solely for guest use, consisting of two separate bedrooms, please enquire to book both together at best rate. Each has en-suite facilities, ideal for friends travelling together or families. Travelling solo? Feel welcomed and secure, no surcharge. Those expecting every luxury at this budget price please note **no pool**no TV**no airconditioning** (radiators in rooms in winter, fans in summer). GREAT base for exploring as Velez is near everything.

In the metro area. Five min. by car to CC Nevada, PTS and hospital. 35 min. from the sea and Sierra Nevada National Park. Bus at the urbanization gate to downtown. Apartment inside a chalet, with pool and garden in private development (common areas within the property), surrounded by countryside, quiet and comfortable. Small pets are welcome.
