Kick back, relax & unwind in this peaceful oasis, nestled in 15 acres with its own lake, in the heart of wine region. Mûrier Cottage is tastefully decorated & furnished, has 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests comfortably, has its own private entrance through the walled courtyard. In the grounds is a large salt water swimming pool & terrace.

With an independent access and a closed garden, you can enjoy a barbecue under a starry sky in the summer or sip a cocktail in the garden lounge. Want to move? -The first swimming is 20 min away (beaches/lake) -Bordeaux is accessible in 30 min -Prepare an aperitif, the dune of Pyla is only 15 minutes away to enjoy a magnificent sunset :)

Our gite is in a small village it’s 5 kms from the town of Plaisance. And 15 kms from Marciac and the largest European Jazz festival.

Maison de la riviere is a 3-bedroom boutique holiday cottage by the river Saison, in SW France. Recently and lovingly renovated, it boasts two stylish sitting-rooms, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious terrace with views over the river Saison, a decadent bathroom and 10 acres of land for you to roam around. Take refreshing swims or fish in the river, enjoy leisurely walks or say hello to our farm animals.
