About the area = Stunning 3 bed country house in the heart of Co. Clare . It’s located on the outskirts of lissycasey. It’s 15 mins from Ennis and Kilrush. Ireland’s oldest family well known run pub “fanny o deas “ is only a 5 minute drive from the house. There’s many activities that can be done in the area such as the most well known tourist attractions the cliffs of mohar, loop head light house . It’s 25 minutes from Kilkee , 40 minutes from lahinch 20 minutes from killimer car ferry.

A small double bedroom in a beautiful country house looking out into gardens and woodland, within a mile of Limerick City . This room has access to a large drawing room, a dining room and kitchen with Aga. There is onsite parking and access to gardens, woodland walks and a chance to fish or relax by the river. We are only a mile from Limerick City Centre and closer to Thomond Park Arena, Supermarkets and takeaways and pubs. The house is fully wheelchair accessible and pet friendly.

A large Room with a double bed next to a bathroom overlooking the garden. The room is clean but requires minor renovation. This room has access to a large drawing room, a dining room, a TV room and kitchen with Aga. There is on site parking and access to gardens, woodland walks and a chance to fish or relax by the river. Beautiful, Georgian, characterful cottage in stunning location, full of charm with fabulous views. Some sat Retro feel! Newly upgraded. Well appointed. Plenty of space, walks, tennis court, lake (& rowing boat). Great situation to explore the surrounding area, Munster and the south of Ireland. 30 mins to Limerick City, 1 hr to Cork City. Lots to enjoy both on doorstep and further afield. We will be happy to help you. Cliffs, caves, castles and much more within easy reach!

A large room in a beautiful period house with important links to Ireland's history. This room has a double bed and plenty of room for a singe and / or a cot if required. It has a shared adjoining bathroom and connects to the Garden Bed Room (listed separately), making these two rooms an ideal family suite. The house offers full use of a traditional kitchen, dining room and sitting room. There are large gardens and woodland to explore and half a mile of river frontage.

Close to Bunratty village, Shannon, Ennis & Limerick. Lakeside view is set on a height, overlooking a small lake, sitting right beside a mass rock, and guarded by beautiful old trees. It is set in a wooded area. The wildlife come to visit, mother ducks returning with their young, teaching them to swim, the heron feeds on the fish & foxes are playful in the woods. a peaceful tranquil spot.
