Studio indépendant de 35m2 avec une belle terrasse en bois indépendante de 40m2, jacuzzi privatif exclusif au studio , superbe vue sur la Vallée du Loup. Chambre, lit et sa moustiquaire deux personnes avec un panorama verdoyant, cuisine équipée, SDB avec douche/lavabo/toilette. A 10 minutes de la rivière à pied, site de canyoning, nombreux chemins de randonnée, parapente ... A 20km de la mer , vallée entouré de villages pittoresques et très touristiques comme Tourrettes-sur-Loup et Gourdon.

Petit STUDIO très bien équipée avec entrée et parking privé dans une grande Propriété avec piscine et jacuzzi chauffés du 1er Mai au 30 octobre . La piscine extérieur et jacuzzi ainsi que le jardin sont partagés mais assez grand pour profiter chacun son espace de tranquillité . Je vis dans la bastide principale . Vence, French Riviera between the sea and the mountain

Vence is a cute town with all amenities, The city center and buses are within a 15-minute walk. the closest sea is in Cagnes sur mer, the Col de Vence is 15 minutes by car hikes and horseback rides or pony with great views. In the area , the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, 3 parks are in Villeneuve loubet, visit the pretty villages of St Jeannet and tourettes sur loup too!!! The scenery is beautiful and they overlook the sea.
