Unlike many Loch Ness cottages, we are not on a road, just the garden between us and the Loch. Boat of Garten is a beautiful village situated in the Spey Valley. It is an ideal base for many sporting and nature activities in summer and winter. There is even a steam train that runs past the bottom of the garden. The village has a grocery store, hotel and a restaurant. Our bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge with a beautiful view.We also have a utility room which is great for drying wet gear and storing wellies!

Our holiday home is situated within Aviemore Holiday Park, an ideal location for accessing the Cairngorm Ski Slopes and just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Aviemore, where you will find a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. It is fully insulated with double glazing and central heating throughout providing warm cosy accommodation for up to 6 people at any time of the year. There is a double bedroom with en-suite, a twin room and a pull out double bed in the living room.

Ceud mille Failte is a tastefully decorated and very comfortable apartment. Bright and airy with gas central heating with well equipped kitchen. Guests have access to all Highland Club facilities such as heated indoor swimming pool, tennis court, indoor table tennis, giant chess set in the cloister gardens and of course the Club Lounge, with full size snooker table and relaxing seating area. Sorry no babies or children under 5 years old, there is too much glass in the apartment.
