You'll love the fantastic views over Combesgate Beach to Morte Point, Lundy and Hartland. It's a stone’s throw to Barricane Beach with its seasonal cafe serving Sri Lankan food and a lovely seafront stroll to Woolacombe centre, the main beach and all the unique delights this coastal village has to offer. For the surfers Combesgate Beach just across the road is the perfect spot.

Harlequin House is a fantastic 2 bedroom newly refurbished apartment, tastefully decorated in a modern style, very close to the beach and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It is in an ideal spot for exploration, as the property sits on the South West Coastal Path and you can enjoy the rural delights of North Devon from the beautiful seaside village of Combe Martin, with its rockpools and calm seas for kayaking & paddleboarding. Previously listed on VRBO with many excellent reviews.

Pixie Woods tipi, sleeps 6 and your fury friends

This is the most amazing place set in it's own four acre field. Pixie Woods has a huge comfortable tipi and a very well equipped shepherd hut kitchen. Step into the woods and you'll find your private bathroom area with a hot shower and compost toilet. Send the kids into the woods to build a den or up to the farm to meet the animals, light a camp fire and relax. Everything you need is here but if you have forgotten something then our village has a fabulous pub and a very well stocked local shop.

Scenic walks on doorstep,next to the SW coastal path. Near many dog friendly beaches and pubs. The Chalet is well equipped A main double bedroom and a double/single bunk in the 2nd bedroom with a small sofa bed in lounge. It’s not overlooked so feels private . There is a small seating area,patio to the side and a grassed garden area

A very comfortable relaxing place to stay with your family / friends Set in an area of outstanding beauty with the beach a few minutes walk away lots to do and explore locally , as well as a little further away it’s a great base . A real holiday home all on one level so being together is easy but can close the door for your own space too , A well maintained site but peaceful you can hear the sea most nights when the tide is right a real little gem .

This special place is in Braunton town centre close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Braunton has lovely places to eat and plenty to do nearby. 10 minutes from the beautiful Saunton Sands and Croyde Beach. Private garden with sun all day round. Lazy spa for 2-3 people upon request. Colourful and homely.
