When my son was 2 years old. He called this home David -daddys lake house. It was too cute. That is how the name originated, Basically my lakehouse. Close to hot springs. Close to Elephant Butte lake. Within 15 minutes. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Sorry garage not available for use. On half acre plenty of parking. 3 queen beds and 2 futon beds in living room. New furnace refrigerated ac installed. Just added full size washer and dryer. Pets ok please read house manual concerning pets.

Welcome to our sweet home with sunlit windows and a great view of Turtle Back Mountain! Walk our beautiful stone-lined Petite Chartres Labyrinth. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and one full bed, 1 bath, and a well-stocked kitchen. The yard is fenced and includes a table and chairs in our covered gazebo. We have great neighbors! A mile to local hot mineral springs, restaurants, and shops. Small enough to be cozy, big enough to be comfortable! Bring one small pet for a $25 fee!

The Great Escape: gorgeous,private, jet ski, boat!

The housing decor is a blend of mid century modern with a southwestern flare. Minimal, fresh and clean. There are 4 beds, 2 King and 2 queen. Varying firmness/plush levels to accommodate preferences. There is a fabulous propane fireplace and relaxing patio! The house is on the bluffs and you can see the beautiful distant shoreline. The area is exceptionally quiet, offering the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever experience. This enchanting escape is perfect for couples, groups, and families.

Beautiful 2800SQ Log cabin on a half acre. 6 bed 3 bath house including 2 master suites with all new log furniture. Very large deck overlooking the picturesque desert. On a very quiet corner lot. Lots of room for toys. Game room, bbq, free lake pass, this home will accommodate multiple families. Just a few minutes from the town of Elephant Butte. Gas, ice, and some groceries. 5 minutes from the main entrance to state park. 15 minutes to TORC hot springs. This is a place to make memories!

Pet friendly, with large shaded enclosure. Hummingbird haven from April to October. Patio with charcoal grill and a garden for seasonal picking. Fresh eggs from my chickens in the fridge in season. Location! Location! Location! If you want to be steps from the beach this is the place for you! Walk directly on to the beach or drive 2 minutes down to launch your boat. Play in the water all day and return to the house to cool off with refrigerated air! Enjoy the beautiful sunrise and amazing sunsets. Have a night time fire in the fire pit, roast marshmallows and look at the stars! This place is great for families or large groups.
