Con todas las comodidades actuales incluyendo una tina de hidromasaje en la habitación más alta y un yacuzzi en la habitación de más abajo. En este hospedaje encontrará todo lo que necesita para una estadía alegre y cordial, como balcones en los cuales puede fumar, y sillones para observar la ciudad desde una inmejorable vista. Al igual que todos los utensilios como en casa.

Departamento estilo moderno muy iluminado y ventilado, cerca de todo completamente equipado, localización perfecta a pocas cuadras del río Tomebamba y del Parque el Paraiso, para disfrutar de la naturaleza, excelente sector de Cuenca, excelentes vías de acceso, cerca de parques y áreas deportivas, juegos, lugares turísticos, 1 habitaciones cómoda, sala, comedor, cocina equipada, lavandería, 1 baño completo, estacionamiento. Restaurantes, fruteria y tienda justo al frente... etc.

It is a comfortable apartment on the ground floor for 6 people, it is ideal if you have children or older adults. It has WiFi Netflix DIRECTV garage for one vehicle and electric doorman. Housing strategically located one block from the Remigio Crespo and 1 square from C-TRES Residential neighborhood but that in its surroundings has everything to make your stay perfect. We are just a 10 or 15 minute walk from the Historic Center
