Cosy countryside casita in Andalucia. Pool & wifi

Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Heurcal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

This is a one room studio apartment. It is a small self-contained unit with a ground floor entrance onto a service road. It has 2 single beds which can be made as one double, TV and kitchen area with a small breakfast-bar. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Situated approx 16 km from the beach at Las Marinas. Local shop is 5mins walking distance, the town of Antas approx 1km. Suitable for 1 or 2 people needing a short stay at an economical price.

Built in Andalusian style, the apartment is very comfortable, it has a fully fitted modern kitchen with appliances, it has a balcony overlooking the water feature and gardens, there are 2 outdoor pools, children's section, tennis court and paddle tennis court, it has a Spa with indoor heated pool, gym, sauna,/jacuzzi. The complex is gated and so safe for children. It has a children's playground. There are 3 excellent golf courses within 15 minutes drive.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastisch pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.
