Villa Aisis Exquisite Bali Ambience in Seminyak

Arise from a radiant canopy bed and walk out into the relaxing poolside oasis to refill your glass. Find tranquility in the traditional accents, Balinese woodcarved pillars, handmade stone carvings and ‘Bali ambience’ of this lovely retreat. Beautiful villa Aisis is perfectly & quiet located in a safe area in the centre of Seminyak. The villa has a large inviting 14m pool and beautiful lush garden with lots of tropical flowers. The interior is tastefully decorated in traditional Bali / Colonial style, mixed with modern interior design items and Balinese Woodcarving details. There is an open Living area with comfortable relax lounge, kitchen and dining facing the pool. A second terras in front of the 2 bedrooms offers an inviting relax and sitting area. The 3rd bedroom with bathroom ensuite is located at the side of the living lounge, it also overlooks the pool. The Roof of the Open Living and 3rd Bedroom is finished with Hard Wooden Shingles, which gives the villa the 'feel' of a small Balinese village. Also the interior design, which is mixed with many Balinese handcrafted details make you really feel you are on 'the island of Bali'. It is on about a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach and few min walk to fashionable Oberoi Street, with many popular hip restaurants and chic boutiques. Also Jl Drupadi offers a couple of good restaurants and nice small boutiques. A Pool fence is available and can be set up on request for small additional cost. Complimentary baby cot is available, as well as a high chair and baby stroller. Villa Aisis offers all modern conveniences you expect to find, free wifi, Cable TV ,Flatscreen TV and DVD players in all AC bedrooms. Modern well equipped Kitchen, safe boxes in all 3 bedrooms and Laundry service. 2 bedrooms are interconnected, which is convenient when traveling with little ones. There is a connecting door between the walkin closets. It can also be closed off, whatever guests wish. There are a couple of Spa’s close by to the villa on a few min walk. Airport pickup will be organised. It is possible to organize a car or motorbike rental, driver, day tours. Private Indonesian dinner cooking can be ordered as well, (order 1 day in advance) It is very convenient and easy to take taxi's, they pass by very frequent. (On a 30 meter walk) The Location, Charms and Luxury of Villa Aisis and the friendly Balinese staff will assure you of a wonderful stay in Bali. The guests have access to the Entire Villa and have a private pool. There is a Parking in front of the property. We interconnect with the guests 24/7. Friendly staff, including maids, service man and night guard. I see my guests daily when I am in Bali. The villa is few minutes walk away from some of Seminyak and Bali's most highly regarded restaurants, bars, clubs and spas on Jl Oberoi—also known as ‘Eat Street’. Also Jl Drupadi offers good Spa’s and restaurants. Visit nearby beachfront club like Kudeta or club la Favela for an evening of lounging and dancing. Taxi's are abundant or we can organise a car with driver. Or you can hire a scooter. ( Do wear helmets! ) and put your bag in the storage compartment under your seat while driving. Be aware of bag snatchers. But dont leave valuables ‘in the storage’ when you park your bike. #Airport pickup will be organised. #Please dont leave any food out in the open kitchen/ living area, as cats can come in. #If you take taxi's, be sure to have small Rp notes, drivers often dont have change. And ask them to put the meter on. #Walking on the streets in Bali, please be aware of your bag, keep it on the ‘inside side’ of the street. #Incase you rent a motorbike, please keep your bag in the storage under the seat while driving. Never leave valuables under the bike seat though, when you leave your bike. Its easy to be opened. # When swimming on the beach, Be aware of the strong current. Dont underestimate. Check the warning flags. #when using the ATM in Bali, please always double double check the machine, be aware of skimming. #And Please Enjoy your stay in beautiful Bali! Thanks! Play golf at the Nirwana Bali Pan Pacific, New kuta and Bali Handara. Dive and snorkel reefs with exciting marine life. Surf world famous breaks of Uluwatu and Padang-Padang. Surfing lessons on Legian beach or Changu beach.

Villa Vayu provides the facilities and privacy of a holiday bungalow, a home away from home in Bali. A quiet retreat in which to relax and at the same time providing access to the world through WiFi and television. The living area includes a spacious open air space with overhead fans and seating area with two sofas - for relaxation and that day time nap, overlooking the pool. A dining table and open plan kitchen with drinks fridge provide cool beverages and snacks at your finger tips. A docking station will enable you to access your favorite music and set the mood. The dining area overlooks the pool area providing, the perfect place for a family or group breakfast and for embracing the morning fresh, Bali seaside air. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, water cooler, boiled water, microwave, and gas-top cooker. If you are a chef, pots, pans, and utensils are at your disposal to whip up fantastic meals. Tea and coffee is available throughout your stay. Lounge chairs surround the private garden pool and a bench seat is locate in a quite area of the garden for those intimate moments. The two bedrooms each provide access to a large full en-suite bathroom. Top quality mattresses provide for a good night's sleep. Each room has flat screen television, a DVD player to watch your favorite movies. Access to bedrooms is via glass sliding doors and each have separate air conditioning and include privacy screen curtains and drapes. The whole Villa is available to the guest/group that has booked the Villa. This includes two bedrooms with en-suites, open air living area, equipped kitchen and dining area, swimming pool and garden area. You are ensured total privacy. Surf and snorkel on Seminyak Beach, just 750 meters away from this quiet, upmarket location. Seminyak Village Shopping Mall is less than half the distance, while the many bars, cafes, and restaurants of Eat Street are within easy reach as well. The villa has plenty of parking for a car and several motor bikes. A short stroll up the lane to the main road (Jl Braban) that runs behind 'Eats street' (Jalan Laksamana) is an easy option to hail a blue cab. A cheaper and easy option is to download the 'Grab taxi' app and order a taxi to the villa front door. Mr Sukra, the villa manager, will happily assist with organising any transportation requirements. We have a very reliable, bubbly and trustworthy nanny available upon request.

Bring kids to a contemporary villa to splash around in a refreshing pool while grownups enjoy cocktails on loungers in the shade. Cook in a full kitchen and have family dinners around a handmade teak table. Sleep in air-conditioned bedrooms. We have repainted the whole villa during the pandemic so it is fresh and nice. Stylishly designed home very close to Berawa beach, Finns and Atlas beach club (2 Mn walk). The villa is at an amazing location and walking distance to the biggest beach clubs & good restaurants. You can hear music at night & fireworks once. As you’re in the midsts of it all, it’s not the most quiet location but as this villa is tucked behind another we still host a lot of families who like to be central.
