Brand new :-) This is a great little oasis to replenish your batteries with new energy and creativity. The view and the light is amazing. The house has everything needed for a private household, including space for a patio just outside. Washing in the main house possible once a week. The house is located on an island without a car bridge to the mainland (footbridge during the winter months). In the summer, connected by ferry and boat. * Fiber/ wireless internet * Shared Rowboat * Boatpool

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Unique seaside lot close to Sthlm

Do you want to try living on an island, one of Stockholm's most unique places about 30 minutes from Stockholm city? Tranholmen is an island in Lilla Värtan, between Lidingö and Stocksund. Tranholmen is a quiet island without car traffic or motor traffic. The island is served all year round by a ferry and several trips go to Ropsten both morning, noon and evening, the trip takes about 10 minutes. Our how is located on a lake plot so we have our own private large jetty that you can swim from.

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Idyllic beachfront near Stockholm city

Idyllic Tranholmen is a car-free island a few kilometers from central Stockholm. BBQ evenings at sunset on your own deck, walks on the island or morning swim from the deck are some of the favourite things with our accommodation. Quiet but close to the big city at the same time. Perfect for both families with children or couples wishing to combine the best of both worlds. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes.

Studio/separate apartment in our family house in central and nice Danderyd, calm green suburb area, free parking (regular size car), close (7 min walk) to shopping, restaurants and Metro in Mörby C, Close to city with 15 min by Metro to Central station (10km). 30 m2 (320 feet2) It’s a great place for couples, single travelers and maybe families with small children. Also perfect for longer term stay benefiting from the central location/communication

Welcome! Our home is a cosy house from the 40's nicely renovated and filled with light. You will enjoy a living area of 175m2 as well as a spacious garden with all facilities to grill and eat outdoor. It is a located in a green and residential area north of Stockholm close to a natural reserve and a lake. The environment is peaceful and you will still be within 15 minutes reach of City center by public transport or car.

Charming home in Djursholm with a pool (just north of Stockholm City) including five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a pittoresque area. Close to the city (15 min drive), sea, lakes and nature. Excellent communications. Perfect house for 1-3 families spending quality time together. Explore the city during the day, have a dip in the pool or the sea in the afternoon then barbequeu and enjoy the garden in the evening!

A fantastic house for the large family or families travelling together in Stockholm's best and wealthiest area. The open, light luxury villa holds anything you would look for. Charming house w. lush garden close to Stockholm

Min 3 days and perfect for families with small children! Our house, built 1929 in traditional Swedish style, has recently been renovated and has a nice garden. Located in up-scale suburb to Stockholm with closeness to public out-door pool (100m), the Baltic see (500m) and a natural reserve forest. Central Stockholm is easily accessible by metro.

Private apartment, 2 rooms (one sleeping room, living room with sofa bed), fully equipped kitchen, own sauna, own entrance and your own corner in the garden. All in one of the nicer suburbs of Stockholm. Swimming in the see, golf or jogging in the woods. But still in central Stockholm in less than 30 min. with subway.
